Project description

The project “How to Trigger Primary Motivation for Learning in Low-Educated Adults Using ICT Tools” aims to collaborate with adult educators, providing them with the necessary skills to awaken interest in learning among low-educated and low-skilled adults.

To achieve this objective, surveys were conducted to collect diverse motivational strategies, methods, and techniques. Adult educators were then asked to evaluate these approaches in adult centers in their respective countries.

Project objectives

• Provide adult educators with strategies, methods, and techniques of motivation through surveys.
• Enhance the professional competences of adult educators by addressing knowledge, learning and teaching strategies, face-to-face and online methods, and techniques to train workers over 45 with a low educational level.
• Promote national and international cooperation specialized in the professional competences of adult educators and their learning.

Project results

  • Library of resources and best practices for adult educators.
  • Open educational platform with resources for adult educators and professionals.
  • Interactive online manual featuring existing motivational strategies used by educators.
  • Online course designed for adult educators engaged in the education of adults with low educational levels and qualifications.
