Project description

This project fosters sustainable transformation in the agri-food sector by providing MSMEs with modular training, mentorship, and a digital diagnostic ecosystem focused on regenerative leadership and green transitions. It aims to bridge skills gaps and support the adoption of eco-certification standards through collaborative Community Food Education Hubs across Europe.

  • Implement on-the-job mentorship programs to equip employees with intrapreneurship skills aimed at making agri-food processes more sustainable.
  • Support MSMEs in their transition to sustainability by facilitating access to official national and international eco-certifications.
  • Position adult education centers as key drivers of change by strategically investing in the upskilling and reskilling of the agri-food workforce.
  • Foster cooperation between businesses, educators, and policymakers to exchange knowledge and build a resilient, technology-based European supply chain.
