Fit for the Future employs a system thinking methodology to tackle and eliminate work/study place barriers linked to gender, cultural, and intersectional discrimination.
It aims to enhance diversity and inclusion in work/study teams (educational centres, SMEs, associations) by training REGENERATIVE leaders and equipping teachers/trainers with the needed skills, knowledge, and tools to monitor and foster an INCLUSIVE REGENERATIVE work/study culture; raising awareness on NON-DISCRIMINATION policies; promoting women in leadership positions in response to the labour inclusion policies to favour “breaking the glass ceiling”.
Recognizing that diverse, equitable, and inclusive work/study environments foster more productive teams, this project aims to bridge the current gap in the implementation of systems thinking and regenerative leadership within (C-)VET organizations. The main objectives are: to raise awareness about the importance and benefits of regenerative culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion; to promote a regenerative culture at all levels; to provide practical tools for training regenerative leaders; to implement “Regenerative Pathways” applicable in specific contexts; and to provide easily accessible resources. The project aims to create a network of regenerative leaders, implement sustainable and inclusive practices, and achieve measurable growth in inclusive and productive work/study environments.
